Dear Jakarta Language Enthusiasts,

Have you ever heard someone talk in Portuguese?

Do you know that Brazil is the only South American country that uses Portuguese as its national and official language?

Do you know that Brazilian Portuguese has several differences with the one spoken in Portugal?

Have you ever tried bacalhau? Feijoada? Brigadeiro? Pasteis de nata? Peixinhos da horta?

In the third Polyglot Indonesia Jakarta Chapter's Culture & Language meetup series, we would like to introduce you to the language that was once used in one of the worlds' largest and longest lived empire!

Would you like to hear the difference between Brazilian and European Portuguese?

Would you like to learn some simple yet useful Portuguese words and sentences?

Se assim for, então venha e junte-se a nós!

Available Languages:

English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Korean, Hindi and Arabic.
